This policy explains what information Metings ("we", "us") collects through metings.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a room request, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, the city and rough date of your meeting, attendee count, room type, budget if you share it, and your notes.

How we use it

• To find and price meeting rooms that match your brief.
• To reply to you by email with options and follow-up questions.
• To share the relevant parts of your brief (headcount, date, requirements — not your contact details unless needed to hold a room you've chosen) with venues we contact on your behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Forms and email delivery

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. Your submission passes through their systems solely to be delivered to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. If you reach us through an online advertisement, the advertising platform (for example, Google) may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance under its own privacy policy.

Data retention

We keep request correspondence only as long as needed to handle your brief and any resulting booking conversation, plus any period required for ordinary business records.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — reply to any email from us, or send a note through the request form, and we'll take care of it.
